In my opinion the biggest advantage PHP has is its documentation. I don’t have any proof of this, but I believe that its documentation is the reason for its widespread usage in such a short period of time. It irritates me that an excellent language like Python cannot have documentation like that. This is perhaps the closest thing Python has at the moment to proper documentation.
