I believe the new coins released by the Royal Mint yesterday have to be the best designed currency in the world in my opinion. It’s ingenius to treat all the coins together as a single piece. I especially like how the fifty pence piece tapers at the bottom to match the tapering of the Royal Arms. All the U.S. Mint can do is make our money even uglier.
